Kill Bill Noise

Layerings on billboards, modified by nature – this strange combination characterizes our spontaneous time of fragmented messages and post-truth, overflowing the internal air with words, images, and other people's thoughts, littering the visual urban environment.

I’ve been documenting the most interesting abandoned billboards, the so-called "billboards", since 2013 till now (mostly in post-soviet Ukraine reality, before the full-scale invasion).

The title of this project shares its name with the famous movie “Kill Bill,” in this case “bill” is a reduction from the “billboard”.
