Artur Soletskiy

Born in Vinnytsia and based in Lviv, Artur Soletskyi (b. 1997) paints the world most of us rush past. His compositions—led by silhouette, edge, and rhythm—translate urban life, overheard fragments, and human presence into concise, memorable scenes.

Ukrainian painter capturing fleeting, everyday moments with disciplined clarity. Trained in monumental painting, Soletskyi builds images from razor-clean lines, balanced geometry, and purposeful “stains” of color—an approach that turns routine scenes into distilled, graphic narratives. After explorations in video art, land art, and installations, he returned to canvas as his most precise language. Since developing his current style, he has created 400+ works and continues to teach academic drawing and painting at the Lviv National Academy of Arts—keeping craft, structure, and meaning at the core of his practice.
