Paula Litovchenko
Paula was born in Kyiv into a family of artists, where her parents instilled in her the ability to see beauty in everyday life.
Her journey with art began at an early age when she loved drawing princesses and animals as a child.
One memorable moment from her childhood was when she wanted to paint a zebra and asked her father, "Where is your striped paint?" Watching her father work with oil paints, she often stood beside him, eager to try painting herself.

At the age of 11, she was accepted into the prestigious Republican Art School, and later, she pursued her studies at the National Academy of Arts and Architecture. Since 1992, she has been a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, actively participating in exhibitions and conducting workshops in oil painting and watercolor techniques.
Her artistic inspiration comes from observing the ever-changing moods of nature. She is particularly fond of creating landscapes and floral compositions. Among her works is a series dedicated to feminine imagery and Kyiv interiors. One of her favorite subjects is depicting southern seascapes with boats, capturing the serenity and charm of coastal life.

My style is deeply rooted in the traditions of realist painting, yet I skillfully incorporate impressionistic techniques, striking a delicate balance between the two.
My brushwork ranges from broad, dynamic strokes to intricate details, often pushing the boundaries of form while maintaining harmony in color and tone.
